The Ministry of culture has allocated to the Russian culture Fund grant 2.8 bln Fund, among the founders of which is Nikita Mikhalkov, Yury Bashmet and Boris Lyubimov, will be the moderator of the projects financed by the Ministry.
The all-Russian public organization “Russian culture Fund” January 31, 2020 received from the Ministry of culture a subsidy of 1.94 bn, 3 February, the Fund was allocated 900 million rubles, follows from materials of the single portal of the budget system.
The Russian Fund of culture will receive these subsidies over three years: in 2020, according to published agreements, it will be listed a total of 762,5 million, in 2021 or 2022 — 1 billion rubles.
The amount allocated to the Fund subsidy from the Ministry of culture did not exceed 214 million rubles — this amount was allocated last year. In 2018, the Fund did not receive subsidies, the budget portal.
The founders of the all-Russian public organization “Russian Fund of culture” are, according to the register, the Ministry of culture, Director and producer Nikita Mikhalkov, acting rector of the Higher theatre school. M. S. Shchepkin, and the father of the Minister of culture Olga Lyubimova Boris Lyubimov, the Chairman of the Synodal Department of the Moscow Patriarchate on relations of the Church with society and mass-media Vladimir Legoyda, the Deputy Chairman of the Duma Committee on culture Sergey Shargunov and conductor Yuri Bashmet.
