Director of theatre “Satyricon” Konstantin Raikin commented on the verdict to a former student of the Higher school of performing arts Paul Ustinov, who was found guilty of assaulting an officer of Regardie during uncoordinated action on 3 August in Moscow.
According to Raikin, convinced of the innocence 24-the summer young man, the judgment is “criminal injustice.” Artist resent the fact that “an innocent man needs to spend somehow three and a half years.”
Raikin in an interview with “Kommersant FM” has declared that will fight against this injustice. The actor of the sentence Ustinov spoke in support of it. According to him, the Ustinov is absolutely not involved in the protests in Moscow he was “absolutely calm, reliable man, he served in the army.”
Earlier today, the Tver court of Moscow has sentenced Pavel Ustinov to 3.5 years in a penal colony, having recognized guilty under article 318 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“Use of violence against a representative of authorities”). Meanwhile, the defendant claims that any action was not involved, and was arrested by accident.
